Hello,

I’m a freelance writer and editor based in east London. For 11 years I worked at The Guardian and The Observer, where I wrote and commissioned articles about film, music, books, art, TV, current affairs, disability, chronic illness, cats, Italy and more. In 2023 my debut novel, At the Edge of the Woods, was published by Two Dollar Radio. I am represented by Matt Turner at Rogers, Coleridge and White.

I have an MA in Magazine Journalism from City, University of London, an MA in English: Issues in Modern Culture from University College London and a BA in English Literature from the University of York.
